September 3, 1940 – September 27, 1996
From the Topeka Capital Journal: Jo Eve Kesner, 56, Topeka, died at a Topeka hospital. Miss Kesner was a hairdresser in the Topeka area for many years. She was born at Fort Riley. KS. She had lived in various places while her father served in the military, including Germany, Japan & Guam. She moved to Topeka 35 years ago. Survivors include: brothers Jims Kesner, Olathe, [KS] & Steve Kesner, Tulsa [OK] and sisters Kathy Kesner, Seattle [WA] & Sue Kesner, Manhattan.
